Hello, I’m Sophie

I’m an elopement and wedding photographer based in the islands of Washington State, USA, capturing the love and life of adventurous couples worldwide.

I am so excited to be by your side, experiencing your story through love, laughter, and tears (only the good kind of course), documenting for your future generations to hold forever.

I will show up for you in every way that I possibly can; we are here to celebrate your love exactly how YOU come, the most genuine and heartfelt version of yourself to be immortalized and cherished forever of this special moment in life.

What inspires my photography

I’m inspired by the mountains, ocean, and sky; by the soft pinks and purples of a backwards sunset; by romantic comedies, love songs, and deep belly laughter. By traveling and different cultures, poetry, art, the nostalgia of the 90s, and the real emotions of people deeply in love.

A little about me……..

I am from a tiny island (Lopez is.) in northwest Washington State, and pretty much nothing makes me happier than the mountains and ocean, I am so grateful to call this place home, and feel even luckier that I get to document it in all its seasons.

When I’m not editing (which is 80% of my time LOL), you’ll find me outside, paddle boarding or backpacking, eating delicious food with my loved ones, or snuggled on the couch reading romantasy or watching the office (for the 400th time) and likely, simultaneously planning a trip I can’t afford ;)

Let’s travel together!! Trip planning is one of my favorite hobbies, so let me help you both plan, AND document your most memorable vacation yet! Anywhere in the world you want to go, let’s go celebrate you two — morning espressos as the sun sets the golden buildings of Florence aglow, snorkeling with sea turtles in the turquoise waters of Maui, roadtripping along mountain vistas in New Zealand, or running through the highland meadows of Scotland.
